Overview

This role supports a global food and beverage organization with a strong North American presence across dairy, plant-based, and nutrition products. The Louisville, CO office serves as a key hub for brand and commercial operations. This position sits within Procurement and focuses on Marketing Services spend, partnering directly with brand and marketing teams to drive sourcing strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization. You will operate as a Senior Manager-level contributor, balancing strategy, negotiation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy for Marketing Services categories: Creative agencies, Media buying, Digital and production services
• Manage RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to align procurement with campaign goals
• Drive cost savings while maintaining brand quality and execution
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Support spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations

Required Experience

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
• Direct experience supporting marketing services or agency spend
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Experience

• CPG, food and beverage, or consumer brand experience
• Experience in large, multi-brand organizations
• Familiarity with procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, SAP)
