As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management, logistics coordination, and cost optimization initiatives across our U.S. operations while collaborating closely with global teams.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving procurement excellence, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and cost savings throughout the organization. This individual will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex commercial agreements, oversee logistics activities, support procurement transformation programs, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- xecute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple spend categories.
- Manage supplier performance, risk assessments, and contract compliance.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, customs, and distribution operations.
- Drive cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and spend analytics.
- Manage high-value procurement projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and Legal stakeholders.
- Lead and develop procurement professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Experience working within multinational or highly regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- CPSM, CPSD, CIPS, APICS, CSCP, or similar certification.
