Job Description

UW School of Medicine’s Integrated Resources, Financial Operations team has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Procurement Contracts Specialist to join their team.

About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Senior Procurement Contracts Specialist leads end-to-end procurement contracting for School of Medicine departments, guiding solicitations, negotiations, and contract administration from intake through closeout. This role safeguards the University’s interests by ensuring contracts are compliant with federal, state, and University requirements while delivering responsive, customer-focused service to a wide range of stakeholders. This position will also help strengthen standardized processes, elevate contract value, and support strategic sourcing through data-informed recommendations.

Integrated Resources, Financial Operations was established with the launch of Workday Finance to centralize and standardize financial services across the UW School of Medicine. Our team partners with departments to improve compliance, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality, reliable services that help advance the School of Medicine’s mission to improve the health of the public.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$69,720.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$104,568.00 annual
