The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting pricing strategy, pricing analytics, and commercial decision-making across Flow Control Group’s portfolio of brands. This role is primarily focused on leading pricing analysis, pricing performance reporting, and pricing-related business support, while also contributing to broader Revenue Growth & Strategy initiatives such as business case modeling, deal support, customer and supplier analysis, and commercial strategy work. Because RGS operates as a central enablement function, this role provides the opportunity to work across pricing, business intelligence, and broader commercial initiatives while remaining grounded in pricing as its core focus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pricing analyses across customers, suppliers, products, technologies, and brands to identify opportunities for growth, improved price realization, and margin expansion. Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies, price lists, and pricing methodologies across the business. Monitor pricing performance against goals and provide clear analysis of the drivers behind results. Develop recommendations to improve pricing outcomes and commercial performance based on data, business context, and market dynamics. Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reporting for brand leaders, operating groups, and leadership. Support deal-related analysis by providing customer, supplier, historical sales, and end-market intelligence to help commercial teams evaluate opportunities. Build business cases and analytical models to support pricing actions, commercial initiatives, and strategic business decisions. Build, maintain, and improve reporting and analytical outputs using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and internal systems. Support data initiatives that improve pricing visibility, reporting quality, product hierarchy alignment, and overall analytical capabilities across brands. Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations, summaries, and recommendations for pricing and commercial leadership discussions. Partner with brand leaders, operating groups, and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing initiatives and broader RGS priorities. Help guide and support junior analysts by providing direction, context, and review as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, or a related analytical function. Prior pricing experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working through complex datasets and business questions independently. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL; experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools preferred. Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise analyses and presentations for leadership audiences. Ability to influence stakeholders through strong analysis, sound business judgment, and effective communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting pricing strategy, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or decision support functions. Familiarity with ERP Systems such as; P21, SAP, Business Central, and/or NetSuite. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, and data warehouse/reporting tools. Partner with company general managers (brand leaders), operating group leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing initiatives and broader RGS priorities. Experience mentoring junior analysts or helping coordinate work across a small team. Experience in a multi-brand, distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
