Job Description

Senior Payroll SpecialistLocation:         5580 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Schedule:       Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:              $80,000 -  $81,885 annually
Reports To:    Sr. Manager, Payroll and BenefitsPosition SummaryThe Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-divisional, multi-provincial payrolls across Canada. This role is critical in ensuring payroll integrity through detailed general ledger (GL) reconciliations, statutory remittances, and union benefit contributions.Partnering closely with Finance, this position supports month-end close, audit readiness, and financial reporting accuracy. As a senior member of the team, the role also provides guidance, training, and mentorship to other payroll team members. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while meeting tight deadlines.
