Senior Payroll Officer

Berry Street Yooralla is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Officer to join our team and deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across a complex, high-volume environment.

The Opportunity 

Hybrid role: Melbourne Office on Wurundjeri Country
Full Time, Fixed term (12 months)
Competitive Salary + Super and Salary packing
Occasional travel to other offices across Victoria.   As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements. You’ll also play a key role in supporting employees with payroll queries and contributing to continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.   This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, people-focused service.
