Key Responsibilities


Serve as the primary accounting resource for multiple nonprofit clients
Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes
Analyze complex nonprofit accounting situations and recommend solutions
Guide clients on fund restrictions, allocations, and grant reporting
Communicate directly with executive directors and boards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


7–10 years of accounting experience with strong nonprofit exposure
Deep understanding accrual accounting, GAAP, and grant compliance
QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
