Superior is currently seeking a Sr. Manager - U.S. Federal & State Income Tax Compliance to join our team in Houston, TX (On-Site 5 days).

The Senior Manager of U.S. Federal & State Income Tax Compliance is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s U.S. income tax compliance function, including federal, state, and related international reporting requirements. This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax returns, supports the tax provision under ASC 740. 
The position will support tax planning and have significant involvement in mergers, acquisitions and integrations.

U.S International Reporting

Tax Provision Support (ASC 740)

Tax Audit & Controversy

Leadership & Process Improvement

Education & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA desired.

Experience: 15+ years managing federal and state tax compliance for multinational corporations

Exposure to international tax concepts (GILTI, FTC’s, BEAT)

Significant experience with tax technology and automation initiative

Core Competencies: Leadership, analytical skills, communication

Experience in tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
