Senior Manager, FP&A

Impact and Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and influential Sr. Manager, FP&A – Income Statement, positioned one level below the Corporate FP&A Lead, with primary ownership of enterprise income statement planning, forecasting, and performance management. This high-impact Corporate FP&A leadership role partners directly with executive leadership to deliver clear financial insights, drive profitability, and support critical business decisions.

In this role, you’ll own forecasting and performance analysis across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and earnings—turning complex financial data into actionable business strategy. The role partners with Corporate Finance, Business Unit Finance, Accounting, and enterprise functional leaders (HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency between operational performance and income statement reporting.

We’re seeking a leader who challenges assumptions, strengthens forecasting accuracy, and drives margin, cost, and financial discipline across the organization. This role drives continuous improvement across models, data, and governance to strengthen operating discipline and enhance executive decision-making. With strong visibility to CFO leadership, it serves as a key pathway to broader Corporate FP&A leadership.
