Grow your career with a company that shares your passion!  Sodexo has an exciting new opportunity to join the Sodexo team as our next Senior Manager Finance and Accounting Business Performance and Analysis located in our Etobicoke, ON Corporate office. This role will require you to work within our hybrid model of two days per week in office.  This role requires that you possess your CPA Designation. 

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000

Job Description

In your new role at Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting Business Performance and Analysis, you will serve as a key partner overseeing all Business Performance & Analysis for up to 2 segments (Financial Planning and Analysis), forecasting processes, and special projects in the assigned segment(s).   You will focus on fostering deep integration with business units, provides forward-looking insights and enhances overall business acumen within the organization.   You will also deliver actionable insights and proactive problem-solving support to address broad complex operational and client-related challenges.  This role will act as a bridge between finance and operations, empowering cross-functional teams with data-driven insights that facilitate informed decision-making and agile responses to market changes.  You will also support in building a strong, collaborative team that is equipped to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
