We are seeking a collaborative and process-oriented Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to lead and optimize accounts payable operations across a multi-region organization. This role will provide enterprise-wide leadership for AP processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strong internal controls while supporting regional teams in the timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor management, payments, purchasing card activities, accruals, and month-end close responsibilities. This senior leadership position will serve as a key resource for AP staff and regional leadership, helping to standardize practices while addressing operational challenges and supporting the evolving needs of programs and departments.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $115, 000.00 - $130, 000.00 per year (D.O.E.) with a competitive benefits package:

In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable will drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Working closely with Accounting Systems, IT, Regional Controllers, Compliance, and program teams, this position will support automation efforts, optimize the use of Infor and related tools, establish meaningful performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and nonprofit accounting requirements.
