RÖDL USA is seeking an Experienced Senior M&A Tax Associate to join our team and drive excellence in tax strategies for complex transactions.   As a Senior M&A Tax Associate, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other significant transactions. Engagement work will focus on M&A tax due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions, as well as related tax structuring, modeling, and purchase agreement review support. You will support project teams, collaborate across departments, and assist with preparing timely, accurate, and insightful client deliverables.  Workplace and Employment Type: Our headquarters is in Atlanta, GA.
