Overview

This technical and professional position is responsible for providing independent assessments and audits of the Bank and Holding Company’s internal control and regulatory compliance mechanisms, Information Technology (IT) controls, and management’s adherence to established policies and procedures.  Work is performed within the framework of established audit standards and regulatory examination guidelines with independent judgment and discretion required in performing assigned tasks.  The position assists in providing timely, accurate, and independent information to management and the Audit Committee relating to the effectiveness of controls, the accuracy of financial information, and the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications

Senior IT Auditor Requires advanced degree or equivalent work experience and demonstrated successful audit work experience. Is expected to have extensive knowledge of WTB products and operations. Is expected to independently perform all but the largest, most complex IT audits. May provide guidance and mentoring to lower-level auditors.

Compensation:

Senior Auditor - $89,158 - $133,794

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is eligible to participate in an applicable incentive plan.
