Come join our team!  We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Senior Inventory Control Analyst to serve as a key individual contributor in building inventory visibility and control capabilities for a growing company managing a high volume of perishable products. The Senior Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving inventory accuracy and efficiency of inventory records within the organization in both physical and system environments.  The Senior Inventory Control Analyst will develop or assist with developing reporting tools and will use strong analytical approach to provide actional insights into maintaining or improving efficiency.  The Senior Inventory Control Analyst will analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, conduct root-cause variance analysis, and partner with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to streamline supply chain processes.

This position reports to the company Controller, with the ideal candidate possessing strong analytical and problem-solving ability while using a hands-on approach in a fast-paced work environment. 

This position is onsite at our location outside of Monroe, Wisconsin, 5 days a week during normal business operating hours, with potential for off-hours work occasionally as needed.  Remote work is not available.
