Make An Impact:This position will be responsible for international tax compliance, income tax provisions and income tax planning for the non-US regions of the Company. This position reports to the International Tax Manager This role is onsite: In office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays. What you will do in this role:

Prepare the international components of the federal income tax return including computations of Subpart F income, NCTI, Sec. 956 inclusions, earnings and profits and Forms 5471, 8858 and 1118.

Prepare tax work papers, schedules, exhibits and research summaries necessary to develop and support findings and/or recommendations.

Assist in the development of processes to collect required information from foreign operations for compliance, provision, and planning purposes.

Prepare country-by-country reports and file notifications when required.

Work with foreign Controllers to ensure timely filing of Pillar 2 notifications

Work in CorpTax software to prepare Global Minimum Tax return

Mange Pillar 2 local country filings

Prepare withholding reporting forms 1042 & 1042S

Prepare and file Canada federal and provincial income tax returns and make estimated payments.

Support the international aspects of the Company’s IRS audits responding to IDRs and providing requested documentation.

Perform quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, including FIN 48 analysis and return to accrual true-ups.

Maintain proper level of documentation of foreign taxes paid.

Assist with the identification and evaluation of the international tax consequences of legislative developments and current and proposed transactions.

Identify tax savings opportunities.

Who You Are:Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Tax

CPA Certification Desired

4+ Years of federal and 2+ years of international tax experience

Onesource software experience strongly preferred

Motivated self-starter with a bias towards action and completion of projects

Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion is a plus
