Objective
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will help build the financial modeling, business analytics, and operational insight capabilities required to support executive decision-making across the organization.
This is not a traditional reporting or accounting support role. The Senior FP&A & Operations Finance Analyst will operate at the intersection of finance, operations, commercial strategy, and enterprise planning, helping leadership evaluate profitability, operational effectiveness, manufacturing performance, working capital efficiency, pricing dynamics, capital investments, and long-range growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capability with intellectual curiosity, operational awareness, and a desire to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models supporting operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making
- Develop scenario analyses related to pricing, tariffs, labor, sourcing, manufacturing efficiency, and capital investments
- Support annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes
- Analyze the financial impact of operational changes, growth initiatives, and business investments
Operations Finance & Profitability Analytics
- Analyze customer, product, program, and operational profitability
- Support analysis of manufacturing productivity, labor utilization, absorption, inventory, and capacity performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Leadership teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Help leadership better understand operational drivers impacting EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital performance
Executive & Strategic Support
- Prepare analysis and materials supporting executive leadership reviews, lender discussions, and strategic initiatives
- Support operational transformation, footprint optimization, and business improvement initiatives as needed
- Help drive a more data-driven operating cadence and decision-making culture across the organization

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or manufacturing analytics
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or other business intelligence/reporting tools preferred
- Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or supply chain experience strongly preferred

May occasionally spend time on the manufacturing floor. While on the manufacturing floor, this employee will be required to wear eye and hearing protection. Safety-toed shoes are highly recommended around and on manufacturing equipment.
