Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst owns the financial performance, planning, and insight generation for a defined business domain.

The role owns end-to-end responsibility across revenue, costs, and key performance drivers. It translates financial and operational data into actionable insight, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive performance.

• Own financial performance for assigned domains

• Develop deep understanding of business model, drivers, and operational KPIs

• Ensure linkage between operational and financial performance

• Build financial models and scenario analyses

• Act as the primary finance partner to business stakeholders

• Provide challenge and guidance on performance and decisions

• Conduct deep-dives into performance drivers, together with the business and business analytics teams

• Provide inputs for various business cases

• Analyse performance vs plan and identify key drivers

• Translate data into clear, action-oriented insights included in finance reporting deck, Group reporting and Ops Review / Board decks

• Contribute to integrated performance reporting

• Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement levers

• Drive accountability for performance within the business

• Own long term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for assigned domains

• Build bottom-up plans with stakeholders

• Ensure assumptions are robust and aligned with strategy and market insights

• Continuously update forecasts based on latest trends

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in financial models and included in various reporting outputs

• Improve templates, tools, and workflows

• Improve financial planning, month end close and reporting processes

• Support automation and simplification efforts
