The Opportunity
Our location in Lake Forest, IL has an open opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis supporting the global Digital Health Solutions business unit within the Core Diagnostics business. This position is critical and supports the Divisional Vice President of Digital Health Solutions, Area Commercial Directors and other members of the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the forecasting processes, provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analytics and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial information.
What You’ll Work On
- Prepare financial forecasts for HQ Digital Health Solutions organization.
- Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget & forecast updates and prepare analytics for global Digital Health Solutions business unit.
- Support month-end close process and reporting of monthly financial results including providing financial guidance to budget managers.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis.
- Support Finance Manager and the organization in financial modeling and analysis for ongoing key business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist with preparation of financial presentations and KPIs to be shared with senior leaders within the organization.
- Create sustainable and efficient FP&A processes leading to ongoing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of combined experience in accounting or financial planning and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and application of financial planning and accounting concepts, procedures, and practices.
- Candidates must possess strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Power Point) with ability to learn systems quickly. Experience with SAP, TM1 and HFM is preferred.
- Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems and exercise independent decision making.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication and the ability to interact with various levels of personnel, including senior management.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative-taker, with ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment highly preferred.

The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 – $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
