Senior Financial Analyst, Wealth Management Finance

Job Description

What will you do?

• Coordinate month end and year end reporting, prepare accruals and schedules and submit monthly ad hoc financial reports.

• Assist with the analysis and review of financial results by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data.

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis for various lines of business.

• Support the team to ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and related account reconciliations.

• Support preparation of the Monthly Operating deck

• Assist in maintaining appropriate performance management drivers and metrics.

• Support ad hoc requests in a timely manner.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial and management reporting skills.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.

• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

• Attention to detail for consistent and accurate results.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and understanding of banking products and processes, particularly the brokerage and investment industry

• Experience with unique financial systems such as EPM (Cognos TM1) and ADP
