Assists in maintaining a schedule that tracks all providers and their respective compensation provisions according to their employment contracts and amendments. Updates compensation statements timely relative to contracted salary resets and contract amendments. Submits provider compensation bonuses and salary updates to payroll or accounts payable as applicable. Partners with Provider Recruitment, Contracting, and Acquisitions teams to react to changes in compensation plans due to acquisitions, new hires, terminations, and contract amendments. Prepares and reviews monthly provider compensation statements using various data sources. Models changes to current provider compensation plans. Communicates any provider compensation-related issues with management. Creates journal entries to ensure provider compensation is accurately reflected in monthly financials. Performs other duties as assigned. Works closely with accounting, payroll, revenue cycle, and data management personnel to investigate issues or concerns regarding information feeding into the compensation statements. Prepares reports as directed by management.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills [Preferred]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills [Preferred]
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of related experience

Pay Range:
