Senior Financial Analyst, Pricing

The Financial Analyst, Pricing is primarily responsible for pricing maintenance and analysis, customer rebates, profitability models, & sales and GP1 margin analysis. This position reports to the VP of FP&A, but will have regular interaction with other departments.

Essential job functions to be performed:

� Pricing Maintenance and Strategy � maintain customer pricing tables, analyze and recommend strategic pricing improvements, and audit pricing contracts.

� Customer Rebate Payments � calculate, reconcile, and process monthly, quarterly, and annual customer rebates and allowances.

� Financial Modeling � partner with the sales organization to model the ROI of current and prospective customers.

� Sales and GP1 analysis � update and analyze monthly reports to identify sales and margin trends within the business.

� Discontinued Style/Sell Thru analysis � organize and run a monthly recurring meeting to review discontinued styles and recommend price reductions on inventory turns greater than 12 months.

� Project support and ad hoc analysis � as needed, projects may include ROI analysis, profitability models, inventory analysis, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience

� 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within FP&A and/or operational finance functions. Or Deal Desk expereince

� Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software and systems, preferably NetSuite.

� World class organizational skills, a track record of process improvement success, and a strong desire to own and lead processes.

Education:

� BS in Finance or Accounting
