The Opportunity

This role exists to strengthen the financial partnership between Finance and our practices, helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. As a Practice Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to translate financial insights into meaningful actions, directly supporting performance, efficiency, and growth across the business. This role is four (4) days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.

The Impact You’ll Have

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Business Partner, you will serve as a key financial partner to practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders. Your analysis and insights will help drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making, contributing to the success of both the Finance team and the organization’s broader business goals.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $85,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
