The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. Job Type: Full-Time | On-site (5 days a week Acton, MA)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to support our factory operations. This on-site role is primarily responsible for monitoring operating expenses, preparing financial reports, and delivering actionable insights to help drive cost efficiency and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing finance and accounting, and the ability to work closely with plant leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $79,500.00 - $119,250.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
