Your Daily Role:
- Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support business goals.
- Monitor plant and operational financial results, identifying key risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
- Partner with production, packaging, accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and finance transformation projects to increase efficiency and business value.
What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of Financial Analyst experience with strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for various audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving results.
Pay Range: $80k to $85k
