The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. Reporting to the FP&A Associate Manager, this position partners closely with business leaders to develop forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide insights that support decision-making across both franchise and venue operations. This role is responsible for executing core FP&A processes, including planning and forecasting, while translating operational drivers into financial outcomes. The position also supports cash flow forecasting and long-range financial planning, contributing to liquidity and capital decision-making as the organization evaluates strategic initiatives.Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
Experience supporting planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience with financial planning systems preferred Experience in multi-entity or complex operating environments preferred
What You’ll Do:
Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models across key business units, incorporating relevant operational drivers and assumptions. Support and execute the annual planning process, including coordination of inputs, development of templates, and consolidation of results. Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including liquidity projections and scenario-based planning to support financial and capital decision-making. Perform variance analysis across financial results and cash flow, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Support scenario modeling related to strategic initiatives and investments, including evaluation of funding and liquidity impacts. Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure alignment between actual cash activity, reporting, and forward-looking projections.
