This Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A role sits at the heart of that mission — supporting critical P&L functions, building scalable reporting infrastructure, and partnering directly with business leaders to drive performance.

This is a newly expanded role created in response to Dental Corp’s continued growth. You'll work within a collaborative FP&A team that values intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour, and a bias toward action. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the successful candidate will combine strong business acumen and strategic thinking to be an effective business partner.  The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insight from vast amounts of data and utilize exceptional communication skills to present findings. You will have the opportunity to get exposure to AI reporting.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
