Location: Toronto, ON

Workplace: 3 days on-site

Salary: $100,000-110,000

The Opportunity:

Our client, a multi billion dollar, publicly listed pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, multi-entity experience, and a solid understanding of intercompany processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly/quarterly intercompany reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support consolidation and month-end close as per IFRS.
• Manage intercompany loans, interest calculations, transfer pricing, billings, and cost allocations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain and strengthen intercompany accounting processes, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, legal, IT, and global finance teams on transaction treatment, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Prepare audit schedules, support internal/external audits, and complete Statistics Canada reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation and system integration initiatives.

What We Need From You:

• CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• 5–7 years of financial experience in a public company.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Well-organized with strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proactive and improvement-focused mindset.
• Advanced SAP proficiency.
