Position Summary:

Children’s Aid is creating a new Senior Financial Analyst role to strengthen the organization’s financial planning, analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis and Program team, Program leadership, and Finance department colleagues, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting systems to support effective resource allocation, financial sustainability, and mission-aligned decision making.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for producing complex financial analyses, maintaining financial performance, and providing actionable insights that support organizational planning and operations effectiveness. This role also supports the development of new analytical tools and contributes to the continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities across Children’s Aid.
