About the role

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a regular, full-time, Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis team

In this role, you will develop and deliver robust financial plans, costing models, and insights to support effective decision‑making. You will build trusted relationships with leaders by clearly communicating business performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while improving tools, data quality, and FP&A practices. You will also coach stakeholders and analysts to strengthen financial acumen and drive sustainable cost optimization through clear, actionable recommendations.
