Senior Financial Analyst, AWS Sales Finance

Role Objective

The primary function is to perform standard accounting and administrative tasks for various companies.

Essential Job Tasks

• Recording bank and credit card transaction and reconciling bank accounts as needed.
• Manages Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) as needed.
• Assists with month-end closing tasks, including reviewing balance sheet accounts and helping assemble financial statements.
• Issues invoices to customers.
• Reconciles vendor statements with our own.
• Helps to streamline processes and work flow to be more efficient.
• Assists with the accounting imbox and responds to customer/brokers.
• Handles miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed within an office environment at the company office in Ocoee, Florida with standard office equipment available. Work will also need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role may require work after standard office hours.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25-50% of the time.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside and outside of the office.
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Constantly operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.
• Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently.

Travel

Limited travel may be required to attend company-sponsored corporate events or visit customers and potential customers.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position.
