A new opportunity has arisen within a leading energy and infrastructure organisation for a Senior Accountant to join its Finance Operations function, supporting financial reporting, governance, and business performance across a large and complex environment. <\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Own period‑end close and consolidation across group and business units, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead statutory audit coordination and act as a key contact for external auditors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee accounting and reporting controls, ensuring strong governance and compliance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive finance process improvements and support transformation initiatives within Finance Operations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE. Experience in Energy and Infrastructure is desirable. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) and analytical capability.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Confident communicator with experience engaging auditors and senior stakeholders.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a complex environment.<\/span>
