The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Reporting to the Director of Finance, FP&A, the Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic finance partner for ESS Canada within the ESS NA portfolio of Compass Group Canada, providing senior leaders with clear financial insight, disciplined performance management and actionable recommendations to deliver sector objectives.

This role oversees weekly flash, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Joint Venture reporting, capital tracking, commercial analysis and a team of direct reports. Success requires strong business acumen, executive-ready communication, confident stakeholder management and the ability to balance competing priorities while protecting sector margins.
