The Senior Director, TAS Tax Reporting and Readiness role represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. This Senior Director will serve private equity, direct lenders and corporate clients by helping them navigate transaction-related tax accounting matters, post-close integration, audit support, sell-side and IPO readiness, carve-out issues and tax function support. The Senior Director will report directly to the TAS practice line leader and advise clients on issues related to tax reporting, tax operations and tax governance in connection with transactions, transformation and readiness events. This person will lead key initiatives, manage discrete workstreams and work closely with senior leaders across the firm. Qualifications

$300,000 - $400,000 a yearIn accordance with pay transparency laws in the City of New York and the State of California, Portage Point provides a good-faith cash compensation range for this position. This range represents the cash compensation (base plus bonus) that the firm reasonably expects to pay upon hire, based on good-faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting. The final compensation within this range will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, education, training, experience and location. In addition to cash compensation, Portage Point may offer comprehensive benefits and equity participation, which are not reflected in the pay range above.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
