Audit Staff/Audit Senior (Reviews & Compilations)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 + bonus (based on experience)
About the Role
Growing CPA firm looking to add an Audit Staff or Audit Senior who enjoys a mix of audit, reviews, and compilations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to see engagements from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with and lead audit and review engagements
- Prepare and complete compilation engagements, including financial statements
- Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and adjusting entries
- Work directly with clients to gather information and resolve questions
- Support year-end and interim engagements
- Collaborate with partners and help guide junior staff (Senior level)
What We’re Looking For
- Public accounting experience (audit, reviews, or compilations)
- CPA or actively pursuing (preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple projects
