About the Role:

The Senior Director of Corporate FP&A will be a key leader within Gen's Corporate FP&A team, responsible for driving the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis processes at the enterprise level.

This role sits at the centre of Gen's financial decision‑making — owning the corporate models, budgets and KPIs that inform the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors. You will partner across Finance, Business Units and the Executive Leadership Team to deliver insight that shapes strategy, resource allocation and performance management.

As Gen accelerates its AI‑first ambition across the business, this role will also champion the use of AI, automation and advanced analytics within Corporate FP&A to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate reporting cycles and free capacity for higher‑value strategic work.

Location: Mountain View, CA or NYC Office (Onsite 3 days per week)

The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $220,000 and $250,000. Base salary is one component of Gen's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
