Position Summary 

This position will support the Corporate Accounting Manager with monthly accounting activities.  This role will be responsible for bank and account reconciliations, general ledger entries, fixed asset accounting, and special projects. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with effective communication skills and a positive cultural fit within a collaborative, in office environment. 

This position will play a key role in the corporate accounting function of a growing, employee-owned (ESOP) construction company.  The Senior Corporate Accountant will own assigned responsibilities and work closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager to scale processes, strengthen controls, and improve the overall efficiency of the close and reporting process. 

The ideal candidate can bring prior experience, would exercise sound judgement, and proactively identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, not just execute them.
