Senior Corporate Accountant – Leadership Track
Location: Arlington, VA | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Own month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Oversee complex reconciliations and manage general ledger operations across multiple entities
- Lead treasury activities, including cash monitoring and wire transfers
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Coordinate tax filings, audit prep, and compliance initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MIP or Yardi a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Leadership mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
