People:
Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and global counterparts.

Client:
Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced Excel skills preferred, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems.
Experience with data analytics, automation, or reporting tools preferred.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business and technology platforms.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and vendors both in-person and via e-mail and telephone.
Independent travel requirements: up to 25%.
Compensation Pay Transparency:
- For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $86,500.00 - $114,125.00
- For other California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
- For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
- For other Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
- For other Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
