JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for the execution, administration, and continuous enhancement of High Ridge Trust’s compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, this role supports day-to-day compliance operations across BSA/AML, regulatory obligations, and internal policy governance.

High Ridge Trust operates as an institutional digital asset custodian within a regulated trust framework. Accordingly, this role requires a strong foundation in traditional financial services compliance, coupled with an understanding of digital asset risks and regulatory considerations. The Senior Compliance Manager will ensure that compliance activities are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency, while supporting audits, examinations, and strategic partner due diligence.
