How Will You Make An Impact?

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Jabil, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. In this role, you will partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global compensation teams to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with Jabil’s business strategy.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of North American compensation practices, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on salary structures, incentive programs, market benchmarking, and pay governance.

Location:

This position is based on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.
