activitiesVolvo Group is looking for a Senior Business Controller to support industrial and operational areas, acting as a strategic business partner through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
💼 Main responsibilities:
- Support business and operational decisions through financial insights and analysis
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Maintenance teams
- Participate in monthly closing, forecasting and variance analysis routines
- Support product costing analyses, R&D initiatives and business cases
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and operational teamsrequirements✅ Main requirements:
- Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is highly valued
- Knowledge in product costing and operational finance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced English
