Location:
- Onsite - Anderson, SC (this is not a Remote role)
Essential Functions:
The Senior Billing & AR Specialist will perform accounts receivable (AR) functions for the HMR Support Center in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to HMR's internal and community operations in the long-term heathcare, skilled nursing facility setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated Medicare, Medicare, and Advantage Plus billing experience.
- Team leadership and/or supervision is highly preferred.
- Requires some knowledge of computerized accounting/payroll system, ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a highly structured environment with a detail-oriented approach to working assignments and projects that are routine in nature.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential accounts payable issues dealing with vendors in a tactful manner, using conflict resolution techniques .
