Position Summary

The Senior Benefits Analyst supports the design, communication, administration, and delivery of employee benefit and recognition programs. This role helps employees and leaders understand benefit offerings, supports program operations, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programs run smoothly and meet employee needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating events and communications, solving problems, and working with people at all levels. The role includes benefits administration, employee education, vendor coordination, data analysis, event support, and continuous improvement of benefit-related processes and resources.

Interested candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business or event needs, including some evenings and weekends. This is a hybrid remote/onsite role based on business or event needs. You will be expected to travel locally to various locations of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as needed for events.
