Senior Audit Associate

In this position, you will work in a collaborative environment and experience a team approach to serving clients while developing direct relationships.
As an associate in the assurance department, you will be encouraged and supported to learn and grow personally and professionally. This role will provide the opportunity to develop organizational skills, to commence review and evaluate fieldwork, while beginning to take an active role in working directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understands and applies generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards, and principles of internal accounting control, standards for review & compilations
- Demonstrates the ability to prepare financial statements
- Demonstrates ability to provide neat, complete, and organized workpapers using the firm's technology
- Keeps informed of current technical developments and pronouncements
- Demonstrates ability to effectively use the firm's technology, including MS Office and other software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and/or finance
- 1-3 years of CPA experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Active pursuit of CPA and/or CPA certification supported

Compensation
- $65,000-80,000 per year based on experience
