Senior Accounting Manager

Senior Accounting Manager | $150,000-$160,000 + 20% Bonus

We're partnering with a Consumer-Facing Organization, on the search for a Senior Accounting Manager.

This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll work closely with finance leadership, lead key accounting initiatives, and help support a business undergoing significant growth and transformation.

The role offers strong exposure, leadership responsibility, and a clear path for long-term advancement.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead key accounting and month-end close activities
• Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet management, and general ledger processes
• Partner closely with leadership to identify and resolve accounting issues
• Support consolidated financial reporting and multi-entity accounting activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while helping shape future team structure and growth
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Support the continued growth and evolution of the finance function

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close experience
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting professionals
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical accounting knowledge
• Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems, and operate in a fast-paced environments
• CPA preferred
