Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Accounting drives the improvement of financial performance and accounting operations by providing leadership over the technical accounting and SOX areas.  This position is also heavily involved with our external reporting. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while driving finance transformation initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and control. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to the Assistant Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and a primary contact for finance leadership, business units, and many other stakeholders in our organization.

Technical Accounting & Policy Governance & Financial Reporting Leader

SOX, Process Improvement & Finance Transformation Leader

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and 5 years of accounting experience and 3 years of Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience: 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and large, complex corporate environments 3 years of Management experience.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
