The senior accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity, transparency, and compliance of our organization across senior living communities and services. This position is responsible for complex accounting functions, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, supporting decision-making that directly impacts operational sustainability and resident care. The Senior Accountant partners closely with finance leadership, operations, and clinical teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements.
