Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements and various detailed analyses.
Manage and perform monthly financial closings, including reconciliation of accounts.
Manage, track and analyze capital investment proposals, Fixed Assets and depreciation schedules
Perform month-end reporting duties and prepare/present weekly financial performance.
Assist with daily cash management reporting.
Assist in Accounts payable & receivables management.
Assist with the development of site-level forecasts and budgets.
Facilitate customer relations with both external and internal customers.
Assist with audits and lead internal control compliance.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Special projects as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience:
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management and a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing accounting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
Full understanding of complete accounting cycle in a manufacturing environment required.
Oracle ERP Experience Preferred
Must be able to work in a flexible, team environment, demonstrate critical decision-making skills and have strong interpersonal and communication abilities; strong work ethic, high energy, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to function at a high level in an ambiguous environment, making critical judgments and assumptions while waiting for essential inputs.
Able to demonstrate integrity and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
