Total Water Treatment Systems Inc., a leader in high-purity water solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team.
This key role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and strengthening internal controls across all locations. Working closely with the Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant will analyze financial results, support budgeting and audits, and partner with departments throughout the company to ensure sound financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based out of Madison, WI.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Three or more years of progressive accounting experience (service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting system experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Support annual audits, tax preparation, and sales tax compliance.
- Manage fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- Partner with Operations Managers to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
