Position:                      Senior Financial Accountant

Reports to:                  Plant Controller

Location:                     Newberg, Oregon 

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and support of the month-end close process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, assist with fixed asset and capital expenditure accounting, support annual audits, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives within both finance and business operations.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
